If the Canadians and British to defend their health systems when attacked by the U.S. extreme right?

I'm pretty against any foreign interference in our internal affairs. However, the extreme right has used systems in foreign countries where the government has a place in the health care to ridicule these systems. Of course it is the most. The vast majority of the population in these countries would not change. My question is: if the extreme right these systems can be used for trash, why not the British and Canadians to respond to these lies simply with the end of correction? Not to make suggestions on how to implement our system, but a response to the attack of yours?

I know that the British government or the NHS is to correct the things that are clearly lie (and who receive no treatment for heart disease if you are sixty years or more is basically dead). But they are very attenuated. Angry things I said about Stephen Hawking and similar comments. I think the NHS is an excellent system has its flaws, but basically that everyone tried their ability to pay is not a problem should be the starting point of any health care system.
